The HALO Appointment Deposit serves to reserve our medical staff and equipment specifically for you and your treatment and guarantees the cost of your HALO treatment for a period of six (6) months from the date of your initially scheduled HALO appointment.  The HALO Appointment Deposit will be applied towards the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
Cancellations or changes to your appointment require a 48-hour advance notice.  Cancellations cannot be made online or by selecting delete on the notification of your scheduled appointment. TO CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT please:

The appointment deposit will be forfeited for any No Shows, any Changes or Cancellations made LESS than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.  Any Prepaid treatment fees LESS the forfeited Appointment Deposit of $250.00 will be refunded to the original form payment used.
REFUNDS
If you no longer wish to proceed with your treatment, please be sure to cancel your scheduled appointment 48 hours in advance. Â If the appointment is cancelled 48 hours in advance, 100% of the appointment deposit and any pre-paid fees (treatment service fees, pre-paid service purchases) will be refunded to the original form of payment used.
