What can gift certificates be used for?
MALISSE Skin Bar’s gift certificates are available in any denomination and can be used for all spa services, aesthetic treatments, and product purchases at the Spa’s Boutique. (Excludes the online Spa Boutique).
Does the full value of the gift certificate have to be used at one time?
No. The unused balance may be kept on file for a future visit or use, prior to the expiration date.
Can gift certificates be returned or redeemed for cash?
Gift certificates are non refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
Can the gift certificate be used online?
At this time gift certificate cannot be used for online purchases.
I want to purchase a gift certificate. What information do I need to provide?
PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THE SEPCIAL INSTRUCTIONS SECTION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER:
- Recipient’s First and Last Name
- Recipient’s Mobile Phone Number
- Recipient’s Email
- Recipient’s mailing address (for Pre-printed/hardcopy) gift certificates
- A Brief Personalized Gift Message (up to 100 characters)
- Delivery Preference (USPS Mail, In Person Pickup, Email delivery to the recipient)
- Any other instructions
How is the gift certificate delivered?
Pre-printed (hard copy) gift certificates can be picked up at the Spa or mailed via USPS 1st Class Mail. E-Gift Certificates are delivered by email either to the purchaser or the intended recipient. Please let us know your preference.
