Must Haves:

- Flexibility to work Saturday hours.

- Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Suite.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Open to new technology and having a growth/process improvement mindset.
- A self-starter who does not require micromanagement and works well without supervision.
- Prior experience in a medical spa, day spa, or medical office is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Book appointments and handle patient and client requests.
- Confirm appointments.
- Greet and check in patients and clients and ensure they are comfortable in the waiting area.
- Manage and oversee the direction and flow of patients and clients to ensure the daily schedule runs efficiently and on time.
- Keep the guest reception area organized, clean, and well stocked.
- Check out patients and clients. Invite them to schedule their next appointments, and process payments.
