Great Results with Minimal Downtime
In the past, you had to choose between a procedure that offered really great results but required a lengthy recovery, or a procedure with a fast recovery but marginal results. Now with HALO you get the best of both worlds: great results with minimal downtime. HALO combines deep dermal revitalization with epidermal renewal for a combined synergistic effect you can’t get with any other treatment. HALO creates beautiful results without the downtime of more aggressive treatments.
How HALO Works
HALO combines ablative and non-ablative wavelengths, to target skin concerns on multiple levels and offers remarkable results with minimal downtime. The treatment eliminates years of damage by triggering the body’s natural healing response to improve skin texture and clarity. When included as part of a patient’s long-term skin maintenance plan, it may help delay or eliminate the need for surgical procedures in the future.
HALO precisely targets years of damage to your skin, including:
- Wrinkles
- Discoloration
- Sun damage
- Visible signs of aging
- Enlarged pores
- Poor skin appearance

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What results can I expect after a HALO?
HALO is a complete skin revitalization laser treatment. You will see overall improvements in your skin, including a reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, reduced pore size, improved skin reflectivity and glow, and significant removal of discoloration.
How many treatments do I need?
Discuss your skincare needs during your complimentary aesthetic consultation with our clinician. You may choose to receive one or two aggressive treatments or multiple gentle treatments to achieve the same goal over a longer period of time.
What happens during a HALO?
Thirty minutes to an hour before the treatment, your clinician will apply a topical anesthetic on your skin to reduce any discomfort during the procedure. The treated area will be measured with motion-tracking technology to ensure an even and uniform treatment.
What does HALO feel like?
With a topical anesthetic and integrated cooling technology, patients typically experience very little discomfort. Most patients describe the treatment as a feeling of heat with occasional prickling sensations but are generally comfortable. After the treatment, most patients will continue to feel warm for an additional 30 to 60 minutes or slightly longer with deeper treatment levels.
How soon after my HALO can I return to normal activities?
For the first 24 hours, you should keep your skin protected and follow the post-care instructions. After the first 24 hours have passed, the treated skin will begin to slough off as new healthy skin comes to the surface. You may experience social downtime for a few days but can resume normal daily activities as desired.
Can I go back to work the next day?
Need to be back at work tomorrow? A light treatment results in smooth, vibrant skin that’s ready for makeup the next day. Want results that scream WOW? A deeper treatment restores skin’s youthful glow with just a few extra days of downtime to this item.
When will I see results from my HALO treatment?
You will see initial results between two and five days after your HALO treatment, but your skin will continue to improve over time. Most patients see the greatest pigmentary improvement in the first two to three weeks. This is followed by a dermal regeneration phase that continues to improve for months.
How long will my results last?
How much does a HALO treatment cost?
Everyone’s skin is different. Each HALO treatment is customized for your skin and your lifestyle. Depending on your skin and treatment goals, HALO may be performed as a single treatment or as part of a series. During your aesthetic consultation session, we will recommend a course of treatment, the expected results, the longevity of the results and treatment costs.
